Job summary

Boston Beer Corporation is seeking a Sr. Manager, Maintenance and Reliability to lead maintenance across the Breinigsville brewery. The role combines frontline leadership with TPM/AM/PM focus, driving reliability, cost control, and safety standards on the plant floor.

The ideal candidate will manage budgets, build a high-performing team, and collaborate with Engineering to implement improvements that reduce downtime and elevate beer quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' leadership experience with increasing people and process responsibility.
• Maintenance management in a Consumer-Packaged Goods environment.
• Experience establishing productive work processes and systems.
• Ability to drive results through maintenance managers at a technical level.
• Excellent collaboration with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic reliability plan aligned with site objectives.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching and training.
• Manage budget and hit cost control targets.
• Lead TPM, AM, PM, FI pillars and drive KPI progress.
• Coordinate with Engineering on plant improvements and cost reduction.
