Job summary

Delaware Park Casino & Racing is seeking a brewery operations candidate to support all brewing stages from milling to packaging and serving. You will maintain strict cleanliness, safety, and record-keeping practices while assisting with sourcing and process improvements.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift heavy loads, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of safety regulations and SOP adherence is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the entire brewing process from milling to cleaning.
• Ability to lift and move heavy loads (55–165 lbs).
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate logs and records for brewing operations.

Responsibilities

• Creates an ESCAPE and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining environment with service excellence.
• Maintains cleanliness and adheres to chemical safety precautions.
• Cleans and sanitizes kegs, tanks, and brewing equipment.
• Maintains accurate records and logs.
• Ensures cleanliness of draft lines and safe handling of materials.
• Works safely with chemicals, gases, hot water, and pressurized vessels.
• Understands the full brewing process from milling to packaging and serving.
• Assists with brewing operations, product sourcing, and record keeping.
• Follows SOPs and efficient workflows.
• Implements proper inventory controls and product rotation for quality.
