Job summary

Resurgence Brewing Co. in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Brewery Lead to support all beer production processes and help achieve our goals of delivering exceptional brews.

Core duties include coordinating shipments, fulfilling orders, monitoring inventory, maintaining cleanliness, providing brewer support and cellar work, and packaging during production runs. The position is full-time and on-site with standard hours Monday–Friday and occasional evenings or weekends as operations dictate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Experience or willingness to train to operate a forklift.
• Demonstrated experience as brewing support.
• Flexibility.
• Team-focused attitude, patient, and takes care with product and machinery.
• Ability to work independently and safely.
• Ability to be standing/on your feet for long periods of time.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
