Job summary

Resurgence Brewing Co. in Buffalo, NY is seeking a dedicated Brewery Lead to support all beer production processes and help achieve RBC's goal of delivering exceptional brews to the Greater Buffalo region.

You will coordinate distribution shipments, fulfill orders, monitor inventory, and assist with packaging during production runs, while maintaining safety and clean manufacturing practices. This is a full-time, on-site role with weekday hours and some evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Experience or willingness to train to operate a forklift.
• Demonstrated experience as brewing support.
• Flexibility.
• Team-focused attitude, patient, and takes care with product and machinery.
• Ability to work independently and safely.
• Ability to be standing/on your feet for long periods.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

What you'll be doing:

We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our brew team! The Brewery Lead supports all beer production processes and contributes to RBC's goals to promote and provide exceptional brews that differentiate the company's brands. Essential functions include:

• coordinate distribution shipments
• fulfill internal and external orders
• monitor inventory
• maintain cleanliness and manufacturing best practices
• provide brewer support and cellar work
• packaging during production runs

This is a full-time, on-site position. Regular business hours Monday through Friday with the occasional evening/weekend as operations dictate.
