Job summary

The Mark Anthony Group of Companies is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a high-performance team responsible for safe, high-quality maintenance of canning and bottling lines in a 24/7 brewery environment.

You will drive continuous improvement, develop staff, manage maintenance budgets, and ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards while partnering with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 4-6 years in a manufacturing leadership role.
• Experience in packaging, maintenance, engineering, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance shifts to maintain a 24/7 operation.
• Oversee maintenance planning, PMs, and predictive plans.
• Develop team through coaching and performance management of direct reports.
• Report department KPIs, analysis, and action plans.
• Collaborate with Quality, Brewing, Packaging, and Supply Chain.
