Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience or a combination of similar experience and computer skills.
• Brewing/fermentation experience - highly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, Teams, and email.

Responsibilities

• Operate brewing equipment following standard operating procedures.
• Monitor blending parameters and quality metrics (ABV, DO, CO2, Real Extract).
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance.
• Maintain GMP and QA documentation and compliance.
• Follow production schedules to meet targets and optimize efficiency.
• Record batch data and production records.
