Job summary

Mark Anthony Group seeks a Maintenance Manager to lead and develop high-performing teams delivering proactive maintenance for a 24/7 brewery operation. You will drive safety, reliability, and continuous improvement while managing budgets and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.

You will apply data analytics and RCA to reduce downtime and optimize line efficiency, packaging processes, and overall asset life in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a manufacturing setting, with program management experience.
• Experience in preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance
• Strong financial acumen and project planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operation and performance of maintenance activities.
• Lead and develop shifts for 24/7 operation readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement through data analytics and RCA.
• Manage maintenance budget and KPIs reporting.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, PM Plans and product quality standards.
