Ultipro in Arizona is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance across the brewery. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure safe operations, and meet production targets through strong planning, project management, and data-driven decision making.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years in manufacturing leadership.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of canning, bottling, brewery operations including high-speed packaging systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with conflict resolution abilities.
• Excellent planning and project management skills with solid financial acumen.

Responsabilités

• Own daily operation and performance and execution of maintenance.
• Team development, coaching, and performance management of direct reports.
• Departmental KPIs reporting, analysis, and action plan execution.
• Execution of SOPs, PM Plans, Predictive Plans and adherence to product quality standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance and plant operations.
