Job summary

Two Blokes Brewing Co. in Charleston, SC, is seeking a reliable Kitchen Lead to oversee daily kitchen operations at our downtown location. You will manage food prep, cooking, inventory coordination, and ensure safety and cleanliness while supporting front-of-house staff.

Previous kitchen experience is required, with opportunities to contribute to menu development and host brewery events. Competitive hourly pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/kitchen or line cook experience.
• ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification (or ability to obtain).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
• Coordinate prep, inventory, ordering, and food safety standards.
• Ensure timely, consistent service during taproom hours and events.
• Guide kitchen team and collaborate with front-of-house staff.
• Contribute to menu development and kitchen process improvements.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work areas and proper food storage.
