Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. is seeking a Brewer Technician 1 to efficiently operate state-of-the-art brewing systems and support multiple departments. You will learn brewing, cellaring, and filtration operations, following SOPs and quality standards while maintaining attention to detail and teamwork on a fast-paced shift.

The role requires flexibility for 3rd shift (10:00pm-6:30am) with a 15% differential. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $16.74 to $25.86 plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Follow SOPs and SOP-driven production and cleaning processes.
• Perform CIP/COP of vessels, lines, and components.
• Monitor processes from raw materials to filtration for quality.
• Utilize Brewmaxx and other automation to control operations.
• Maintain safety, 5S, and GMP standards.

Responsabilidades

• Follow all SOPs to operate brewing, cellar, and filtration processes.
• Use manual and automated systems to monitor quality and specs.
• Perform CIP of vessels, lines, and equipment; ensure safe handling of chemicals.
• Manage inventory data in Phoenix WMS and Switchboard for traceability.
• Communicate with Quality, Packaging, Maintenance to hit department goals.
