Job summary

Stoneface Brewing is seeking a Brewer/Cellar Operator to support brewing and cellaring operations, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards. The role requires brewing know-how, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently or with the production team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of brewing and cellaring processes.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Completion of Brewers Association online safety training or willingness to complete within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform brewing, fermentation, and cellaring operations in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain quality control and safety standards throughout all production activities.
• Handle, harvest, and manage yeast as required.
• Perform routine brewery laboratory and quality assurance procedures.
• Safely handle cleaning and sanitizing chemicals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support packaging and other production operations as needed.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and operational issues.
• Communicate effectively with other members of the production team.
• Report to work reliably and on time.
