Stoneface Brewing Company in Newington, NH is seeking a Brewer/Cellar Operator to join our production team. The role supports brewing and cellaring operations while upholding quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities include brewing, fermentation, quality control, yeast management, and assisting packaging. The ideal candidate demonstrates knowledge of brewing processes, strong troubleshooting ability, and the capacity to work both independently and with teammates.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of brewing and cellaring processes.

Responsabilités

• Perform brewing, fermentation, and cellaring operations in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain quality control and safety standards.
• Handle, harvest, and manage yeast as required.
• Perform routine brewery laboratory and quality assurance procedures.
• Safely handle cleaning and sanitizing chemicals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support packaging and other production operations as needed.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and operational issues.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Communicate effectively with other members of the production team.
• Report to work reliably and on time.
