Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group PLC seeks a Boutique Manager for our Breitling showroom in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, guiding staff, and upholding luxury standards within a dynamic showroom environment.

You will coordinate staffing and showroom operations, while staying ahead of watch trends and market competition to ensure a memorable client experience. Flexibility including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail service experience required
• Current knowledge of watch trends and competition in the marketplace
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Experience using retail systems (labor management, inventory, sales reporting, etc.)
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team

• Provide exceptional client service and maintain a professional showroom environment
• Lead and set standards for showroom staff in collaboration with management
• Coordinate showroom hours, scheduling and coverage, including evenings and weekends

Job description

Job Purpose

At Breitling, the Boutique Manager will be responsible for assisting in the management of general showroom functions, with a primary focus on providing excellent client service, cultivating a professional and pleasant environment for all staff members, and setting standards for each colleague for which they are accountable and working closely with others on the management team.

Schedule flexibility and availability is required to accommodate showroom hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications And Experience

• 2+ years of retail service experience required, preferably luxury retail environment
• Current knowledge of watch trends and competition in the marketplace
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Experience using retail systems (i.e. labor management, inventory systems, sales reporting, etc.)
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team (both oral and written)
