Job summary

Vancouver Clinic is hiring a part-time Breast Sonographer at 87th Ave with 32 hours per week. Performs high-quality breast ultrasound examinations and assists with breast procedures to support diagnosis and care.

The schedule features four 8-hour shifts, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, at 87th Ave (700 NE 87th Ave, Vancouver, WA 98664) with additional work at CTC sites. ARDMS BR certification required or to be obtained within 12 months of hire; current BLS CPR required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
• ARDMS certification in Breast (BR) required, or to be obtained within 12 months of hire.
• 2 years of breast ultrasound experience strongly preferred.
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification required.
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system preferred.
• Experience with Change Healthcare PACS and GE Ultrasound equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct breast ultrasound exams with high quality.
• Assist with breast procedures to support diagnosis and care.
• Assist with general ultrasound examinations as needed.
• Provide compassionate patient care and clear communication.
• Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain organization in a busy clinical setting.
