Job summary

Daiichi Sankyo US, a global healthcare company, is seeking an Oncology Territory Manager to promote assigned products to physicians and healthcare professionals within the territory. You will develop business plans, analyze market trends, and maintain product expertise while traveling 40%–60% to meet objectives.

Required: 4+ years in pharma sales/marketing, oncology experience preferred, Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4+ years of sales/marketing experience in pharmaceutical/medical industry.
• 4+ years of oncology therapeutic experience strongly preferred.
• 1+ year additional therapeutic experience in diverse roles – training, marketing, market access preferred.
• Oncology product launch experience preferred.
• Copromotion experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Represents the assigned products to health care professionals in the sales territory.
• Achieves or exceeds sales objectives through promotion of the product features and benefits to assigned customers.
• Develop and execute comprehensive business plans.
• Apply knowledge of the healthcare industry, market conditions, and payer reimbursement landscape.
• Demonstrate understanding of current clinical pathways and influence on patient treatment.
• Analyze customer needs, territory performance, and program outcomes to optimize commercial potential.
• Maintain expert understanding of disease states, brands, and competitors.
• Complete all assigned training.
• Communicate with District Manager and peers regularly.
