Job summary

Jefferson Health Northeast is seeking a Mammography Technologist to perform screening and diagnostic breast imaging. You will deliver patient care and education before, during, and after procedures, under physician supervision.

The role requires ARRT radiology certification and specialized mammography training; responsibilities include equipment operation, safety, documentation, and occasional site travel to cover multiple campuses.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a recognized Radiology program or ARRT Radiology (R).
• Knowledge of mammographic imaging techniques and quality imaging.
• Ability to prepare patients and monitor them during procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate mammography equipment to perform screening and diagnostic exams.
• Ensure correct patient positioning and exposure settings.
• Protect patients with radiation safety practices and document services.
• Maintain equipment through preventive maintenance and reporting issues.
• Travel between Jefferson sites as needed.
