Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6 months related customer service experience.
• BLS certification within 90 days and quarterly thereafter.
• General medical terminology knowledge.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a team environment and share tasks.
• Strong technical aptitude with diverse software experience.

Responsibilities

• Support operation of the Radiology department and manage record and patient flow.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff.
• Prepare results for providers and patients for mail-out.
• Handle routing of faxes, orders, and documentation in Radiology.
• Assist patients, families, and visitors in navigating the campus.
• Maintain stock and ensure proper interpretation of imaging procedures.
