Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• ARRT Mammography (M) or ARDMS Breast Ultrasound (BR) certification required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure efficient patient care.
• Oversee staff across multiple breast imaging locations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage patient flow and optimize departmental operations.
• Assist the manager in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting new candidates.
• Support staff training programs and performance reviews.
• Create and manage staff schedules and approve timecards.
• Coordinate continuity of care with other departments.
