Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• ARRT Mammography (M) certification or ARDMS Breast Ultrasound (BR) certification required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure efficient patient flow and interdisciplinary care.
• Oversees staff across different breast imaging locations.
• Facilitate delivery of high-quality patient care in alignment with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations including Joint Commission.
• Implement, evaluate and uphold service standards across the department.
• Manage patient flow to optimize department operations and patient experience.
• Coordinate situations involving patients, staff, and visitors; provide guidance and support.
• Assist manager with recruiting, interviewing, and selecting new candidates; support performance reviews and training.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

ARRT Mammography (M) certification

ARDMS Breast Ultrasound (BR) certification

Basic Life Support (BLS)
