Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure efficient patient flow and problem-solving.
• Oversees staff across different breast imaging locations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and hospital policies.
• Manage patient flow to optimize departmental operations and patient experience.
• Assist the manager in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting new candidates.
• Support performance reviews, competency documentation, and staff training.
• Create and manage staff schedules and approve timecards as needed.
• Provide guidance during critical situations involving patients, staff, and visitors.
• Maintain proficiency in required applications and act as an operations SME for staff.
