Job summary

Lunit International is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to serve as a strategic clinical, operational, and AI advisor to healthcare organizations implementing Lunit's breast health and AI-enabled solutions. You will partner with clinical leaders, screening programs, AI governance stakeholders, and executive teams to drive adoption, governance, and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, clinical, business, technical, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical, technical, or breast imaging experience.
• Experience supporting healthcare AI deployments, digital transformation initiatives, clinical decision support systems, and change management initiatives.
• Experience facilitating executive workshops, governance committees, stakeholder engagement activities, and cross-functional transformation programs.
• Experience building business cases, ROI analyses, and value realization plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementation and optimization engagements with workflow analyses and program improvement initiatives.
• Assess customer requirements, workflows, and processes to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and outcomes.
• Develop and deliver customer education programs, training, and best practices.
• Document engagements, findings, and recommendations with actionable insights.
• Perform quality assurance and operational reviews of customer environments.
