Job summary

TOPS Surgical Specialty Hospital is seeking a Full Time Breast Center Nurse Navigator. The nurse will coordinate the continuum of breast cancer care, support the breast center team, and ensure timely access to services.

The role requires RN licensure in Texas, BSN preferred, CPR certification, and 3–5 years of acute nursing experience in breast health or oncology. This is a full‑time on-site position offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN with Texas license and BSN preferred.
• 3–5 years acute nursing experience in plastics/oncology/breast health.
• CPR certification and credentials CBPN-C, CBCN, or OCN.
• Ability to coordinate care and educate patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage care pathway for breast patients with referring/treating physicians.
• Manage pathology records as per Breast Center protocols.
• Monitor services against defined standards (EDGE Quality Initiatives).
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
