Job summary

TOPS Surgical Specialty Hospital in Houston is seeking a Full Time Breast Center Nurse Navigator to coordinate breast cancer care and ensure timely access to services.

The role collaborates with physicians, radiologists, and pathologists, supports patients and families, and helps develop care pathways and education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing Degree preferred and RN license.
• Nurse license by Texas Board of Nursing.
• 3–5 years of acute clinical nursing experience in plastics, oncology or general breast health.
• CPR certification.
• CBPN-C, CBCN, or OCN certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the care pathway for breast service patients with referring/treating clinicians.
• Manage pathology records as per Breast Center protocols.
• Collaborate on performance measurement (EDGE Quality Initiatives).
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
