Qualifications

• Graduate of CCNE or NLNAC accredited school of nursing.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse in Tennessee.
• BLS certification required.
• 3 years nursing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of breast health care and multidisciplinary coordination.

Responsibilities

• Receives referrals and coordinates patient scheduling per clinic workflows.
• Acts as primary contact for referrals, patients, and caregivers across care settings.
• Coordinates tests, appointments and documentation, and tracks interventions/outcomes.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to ensure access to clinical and supportive care services.
