Job summary

RadNet is seeking a Breast Navigator to guide patients through the breast cancer care continuum, coordinate resources, and support the breast Health Center team. You will schedule biopsies, communicate results to patients and physicians, and help maintain a cancer navigator database with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, cross-team collaboration, and contribution to program development in a fast-paced environment at RadNet imaging centers.

Responsibilities

• Direct patients to resources or address issues.
• Provide nursing support for the breast Health Center and biopsy recommendations.
• Schedule patients and manage post-biopsy concerns.
• Notify physicians with biopsy results.
• Deliver breast cancer diagnoses sensitively and promptly.
• Maintain cancer navigator databases for reporting and program development.
