Job summary

Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group LLC seeks a Breakfast Attendant for Towneplace Suites by Marriott Whitefish to uphold food quality and guest service standards each morning.

You will handle inventory, prep for breakfast and evening reception, maintain cleanliness, and help ensure compliance with health department guidelines while supporting team members. This role emphasizes proactive planning and customer-focused hospitality in a dynamic hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; 1-2 years of kitchen experience.
• Food service permit as required by local or state government agency/ food service and/or certification required by franchise - provided by employer
• Leadership and customer service skills
• Culinary ability; food and event oriented
• Planning and organizational ability

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and guest services; resolves guest complaints.
• Responsible for monthly inventories and initiates programs to reduce breakage and loss in glassware and silverware.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Prepare items needed for the breakfast period as well as oversee preparation of the needed items for the evening reception.
• Restock items that were depleted during the shift and make sure to maintain proper storage procedures specified by Health Department and Hotel requirements.
