Job summary

Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group LLC is seeking a Breakfast Attendant for Towneplace Suites by Marriott Whitefish to support breakfast service, ensure food quality, and assist guests.

Role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years kitchen experience; a food service permit may be required. You’ll help with inventory, cleanliness, and storage while upholding health standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1-2 years of kitchen experience preferred.
• Food service permit as required by local/state government or franchise.
• Leadership and customer service skills desired.
• Culinary ability; food and event oriented; planning and organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Maintains standards of food and beverage quality and guest services; resolves guest complaints.
• Responsible for monthly inventories and initiates programs to reduce breakage and loss in glassware and silverware.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.
• Prepare items needed for the breakfast period and oversee preparation of items for the evening reception.
• Restock items replenishments and ensure proper storage procedures per Health Department and hotel requirements.
