Job summary

Lodging Dynamics is hiring a Housekeeper for TownePlace Suites by Marriott Whitefish. You will clean and service guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards, restock supplies, and report maintenance needs.

This role requires attention to detail and a guest-focused approach. You will start with familiarization of the property and training, then maintain cleanliness and sanitation, ensuring rooms are ready for guests and turnover is efficient.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills required.
• Friendly and accommodating toward guests.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and services assigned guest rooms and bathrooms in a timely and organized manner according to procedures and standards.
• Changes sheets, makes beds and vacuums rooms for both stay-overs and check-outs.
• Dusts all areas of guest rooms including furniture, fixtures, electronics and ledges.
• Notifies front desk when service is complete so rooms can be sold.
• Reports rooms that cannot be serviced on time to supervisor and communicates needed repairs for unsafe conditions.
• Replenishes supplies such as glasses, writing materials, bathroom items, and linens.
• Follows team cleaning procedures and participates in self-inspecting program.
