Job summary

Bizarre Coffee in Downtown Canton is seeking a Breakfast Chef to craft breakfast sandwiches, avocado toast, and baked goods, delivering high-quality, timely bowls of food and beverage in a fast-paced cafe environment.

Responsibilities include food prep, order accuracy, stocking, and maintaining a clean, safe station. Prior kitchen experience and ServSafe are a plus; ability to lift 40 lbs and work early mornings, weekends, and some holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or BOH position
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation requirements
• Willingness to learn and cross-train across stations

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, explain specials, take orders and process payments
• Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately
• Maintain station cleanliness, restock supplies and clean equipment
• Assist with inventory and ensure timely food preparation
• Follow health and safety regulations and quality standards
