Responsibilities

• Keep prep and workstation areas organized and equipment hygienic and sanitized at closing.
• Wash, sort, prep, slice, and measure ingredients for recipes using condiments, vegetables, and proteins.
• Observe all food safety guidelines and protocols in food prep areas.
• Understand recipe instructions in English and use measuring tools properly.
• Handle simple tasks such as brewing coffee or tea, soups, and sauce reductions; assist others as needed.
