Job summary

IHOP Georgetown is seeking a full-time Manager on Duty to lead the breakfast service, ensuring smooth dining experiences and guest satisfaction. You will set the team up for success by assigning tasks, creating schedules, and training staff on the restaurant’s best practices.

You’ll monitor food quality and back-of-house operations, ensure equipment works, verify portions, and review cash receipts and sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee our food service team, assign tasks, create schedules, and train employees in best practices.
