During morning, midday, and evening service, you will coordinate kitchen and floor activities, set the tone for exceptional service, review performance, and drive improvements while upholding IHOP safety and quality standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of related experience and/or training.

Mansioni

• Lead daily operations and coordinate pancake service while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Manage team during shifts, coach staff, and maintain high service standards.
• Review daily performance and plan improvements to enhance efficiency and guest experience.
