Job summary

IHOP is seeking a full-time Manager on Duty to lead our restaurant team in Texas. You’ll oversee the dining experience, assign tasks, schedule staff, and train employees to uphold service standards.

You’ll ensure equipment functions, monitor portions and food quality, and review cash receipts and sales reports. Strong English, math basics, and people skills are required; prior restaurant supervisory experience is a plus.
