Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Breakfast Manager for Hardee’s to supervise the breakfast shift, ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness, and drive profitability.

You will lead crew members, provide coaching, and help with scheduling and staffing. The role requires 1 year of shift management experience, a strong team attitude, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably Valid Driver’s License.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Consistent and Reliable.
• Cheerful and Positive Attitude.

Responsibilities

• Supervise breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Maintain breakfast quality, service, and cleanliness with profitability focus.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline crew as needed; assist with duties.
• Conduct crew meetings and discuss procedures, safety, and training.
• Manage inventory and labor costs; ensure cash procedures are followed.
