Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring exceptional Restaurant Breakfast Managers for Hardee’s.

This role supervises the breakfast shift, drives sales growth, maintains quality, service, and cleanliness, and leads a team with positive, respectful leadership. You will help hire and train crew, control labor costs, ensure safety and compliance with state and federal regulations, and work closely with management to deliver great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lead, recognize, and train talent.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Maintain equipment and cleanliness for breakfast production.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline crew as warranted.
• Conduct crew team meetings and manage inventory and labor costs.
• Assist with hiring and training qualified staff.
