Job summary

Burger King in Indiana is seeking an Hourly Manager-Breakfast to lead shift operations from 4AM to 3PM, supporting the RGM and AM while focusing on profitability and guest service. You will supervise Crew Members and drive key performance outcomes across sales and operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience, a HS diploma or GED, and can work evenings, weekends and holidays. Full-time benefits include health insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must have a state issued driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant.
