Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Manager-Breakfast to lead shifts between 4 AM and 3 PM, focusing on profitability, guest service, and people. You will support the RGM and AM, directly managing a Crew Members team to meet service standards and drive results.

You will be responsible for coaching team members, ensuring accurate product prep and timely delivery, and maintaining brand guidelines across operations during assigned shifts. Full-time benefits include health insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must have a state issued driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.

Responsibilities

• Follows cash control and security procedures during shifts.
• Maintains inventory by conducting daily and weekly counts.
• Directs and motivates Crew Members to meet guest service standards.
• Sets shift plans and drives operational results to support sales and profitability.
• Ensures restaurant upholds brand standards and safety procedures.
