Job summary

Burger King in Warren, MI is seeking an Hourly Manager-Breakfast to lead shifts from early morning hours. You will oversee crew, ensure fast and friendly service, manage inventory and uphold brand standards. This role reports to the RGM and supports daily profitability goals.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in quick service, reliable availability for mornings, and a drive to advance within a busy restaurant environment. Full-time benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must have a state issued driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed, for proper functioning of the restaurant.
• Training and opportunity to advance.

Responsibilities

• Follows cash control and security procedures (e.g. safe counting, cash drawers).
• Maintains inventory by performing daily and weekly inventory inspections.
• Receives inventory truck orders.
• Motivates and directs Crew Members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Crew Members to increase restaurant performance.
• Sets an example for Crew Members by implementing shift plan and driving operational results.
• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed of service guidelines.
• Motivates Crew Members during shift on each workstation.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensures that restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
• Performs duties of the Crew Member when necessary.
