Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must meet Physical demands required of the role
• Lead and train talent; 1 year of shift management experience
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Preferably Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Supervise the breakfast shift and ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Maintain breakfast equipment and production areas; keep clean and organized.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline as warranted; assist with crew duties.
• Conduct crew team meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage inventory to meet Food Cost Variance standards and assist with counts.
• Assist with scheduling to operate the restaurant and control labor costs.
• Hire and develop crew under management supervision and in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure adherence to HR, sanitation, safety policies and procedures.
