Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Breakfast Manager for Hardee's to supervise the breakfast shift and drive sales growth while upholding quality, service, and cleanliness.

You will coach crew, schedule staff, manage inventory and labor costs, ensure equipment safety, and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet Physical demands required of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent; 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver's license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise breakfast shift operations according to company standards.
• Ensure breakfast equipment is cleaned and maintained and all breakfast production utensils are properly stored.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff as warranted; assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Assist with scheduling to meet guest flow and control labor costs.
• Assist with interviewing and hiring qualified staff.
• Maintain inventory and financial records per company standards; ensure cash procedures compliance.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
