Responsibilities

• Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Supervise crew during breakfast, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline as warranted.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and labor targets.
• Maintain inventory and food cost variance within standard.
• Train crew and assist with interviewing and hiring as needed.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed and records kept.
