Responsibilities include managing the breakfast line, maintaining equipment, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and HR policies. A fast-paced, team-oriented environment is emphasized with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year of shift management experience
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Preferably Valid Driver's License
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Cheerful and Positive Attitude

Responsibilities

• Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Ensure breakfast equipment and station are clean and maintained.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with crew duties as needed and train staff.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow and control labor costs.
• Maintain cash procedures and shift reports.
• Ensure compliance with HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.
• Lead team meetings and communicate procedures and promotions.
