Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee breakfast shift operations according to company standards.
• Ensure breakfast equipment and utensils are cleaned and maintained.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with scheduling and labor cost management.
• Lead crew meetings and communicate procedures.
• Maintain inventory and control food costs.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and reports maintained.
• Assist senior/GENERAL Manager with hiring and training.
