Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, the largest Hardee’s franchise in the United States, seeks a Restaurant Breakfast Manager to supervise the breakfast shift, uphold quality and service standards, and drive profitability. You will coach crew, manage equipment and inventory, and ensure safety and compliance.

This role requires at least 1 year of shift management, leadership ability, and dedication to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to perform physical tasks.
• Minimum of 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Preferably a valid driver’s license.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards.
• Maintain breakfast equipment and ensure proper cleanliness and storage.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Assist with crew member duties and train crew as directed.
• Conduct crew meetings on operation procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Control inventory and manage food cost variance for breakfast items.
• Maintain records per company standards and comply with regulations.
• Assist with scheduling staff to meet guest flow and labor costs.
• Support interviewing and hiring in compliance with standards.
