• Cook and assemble breakfast service before mealtime and disassemble afterward.
• Keep breakfast service space well-stocked at all times.
• Clear cutlery and crockery from guests' tables.
• Provide information and assistance to guests and vendors.
• Clean and sanitize tables, countertops, and floors after service.
• Ensure a positive guest experience while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.
