Job summary

Island Hospitality Management is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to support the hotel breakfast service and uphold guest satisfaction and product quality standards. You will prepare and serve made-to-order items in the breakfast or reception area and act as a key reference for guests.

The role requires flexible scheduling availability and a proactive, guest-focused approach to ensure an exceptional guest experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service.
• Must handle problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve made-to-order breakfast items.
• Disassemble and clean breakfast service areas after mealtime.
• Keep breakfast area well-stocked at all times.
• Receive beverage orders and direct them to the kitchen when needed.
• Provide information and assistance to guests and vendors.
• Clean and sanitize tables, countertops, and floors after service.
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness to ensure guest satisfaction.
