Job summary

Island Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to oversee the hotel breakfast service and ensure guest satisfaction and product quality. You will be a key reference for guests while preparing and serving made-to-order food and beverages in the breakfast area or reception.

This role may require flexible scheduling availability and a strong commitment to safety and cleanliness to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
• Ability to work well in stressful situations.
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble the breakfast service before mealtime and disassemble it thereafter.
• Keep the breakfast service space well-stocked at all times.
• Clear cutlery and crockery from guests' tables.
• Receive beverage orders and direct them to the kitchen as needed.
• Provide information and assistance to guests and vendors.
• Clean and sanitize tables, countertops, and floors after each meal service.
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness to ensure guest satisfaction.
