Job summary

Island Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to support our hotel breakfast service in Ashburn, VA. You will prepare and serve made-to-order items, restock the service area, and assist guests with information and requests to ensure a warm, consistent dining experience.

Responsibilities include keeping stations clean, handling beverage orders, coordinating with kitchen, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards while providing friendly service to guests and vendors.

• Effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
• Ability to work well in stressful situations.
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble the breakfast service before mealtime and disassemble after.
• Keep the breakfast space well-stocked at all times.
• Clear cutlery and crockery from customers' tables.
• Receive beverage orders and direct them to the kitchen as needed.
• Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors.
• Clean and sanitize tables, countertops, and floors after each meal service.
• Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness to ensure a great guest experience.
