Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Excellent guest-service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain Food Handlers card as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Maintain appearance and grooming standards, including uniform and name tag.
• Greet and assist guests in the breakfast area and seating when applicable.
• Ensure cleanliness and stocking of breakfast area and related spaces.
• Assist with food and beverage service, including preparation and cleanup as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials to assist guests.
• Assist in cashiering tasks and closing paperwork as required.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to meet guest needs and VIPs.
• Perform opening/closing duties and routine side work as assigned.
