Job summary

HRI Hospitality in West Sacramento is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to maintain our complimentary breakfast and deliver friendly, attentive service in a 115-room property. You will set up, stock, rotate food, and ensure quality and guest satisfaction.

Join our team to help create a welcoming Home2 experience with a focus on food safety, cleanliness, and guest comfort. CA Food handlers Card training is provided upon hire, and mornings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous food service or hotel experience preferred, not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule; mornings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Must communicate effectively in English with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Set up the breakfast area daily according to brand standards.
• Prepare, replenish, and rotate food items to ensure freshness.
• Monitor food temperatures and maintain food safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area, tables, counters, and equipment.
• Greet guests with a friendly, helpful attitude and assist with food or beverage needs.
• Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory.
• Follow sanitation and safety guidelines and report issues to management.
